Newly Opened Account Accepted but also showing notification "your account has suspended" solution?

Hi, i applied for an account as a freelancer on Upwork yesterday, i checked today and it said congratulations you're now part of upwork. but on top there's a notification saying "your account has suspended" i am really consfused as what to do, need help thanks!
