99 cents for LFT. And you get NGN equivalent at prevailing exchange rate.

Hi Oreofe, I was reading through the conversations so I wanted to ask, I'm using an Ecobank which is nit Domiciliary, and I just sent funds into it. I've been charged $0.99 and I've been sent a mail that the transaction is being processed. What I wanna know is how long does it take to actually reflect into my account in Nigeria and do you have an idea how much incoming fee is on a savings account in Nigeria? Thanks in advance

All things considered, you should get the fund in your account between 30
minutes or 1 hour max. I don't think Ecobank should charge COT for a
savings account. However if the withdrawal is to a dollar domiciliary
account, it takes 2 to 3 days to get the funds in your account with a
minute COT for every withdrawal you make on same.

Oreofe, I think the time stated is not so true but might be through for you because you have been using it for years.
My first withdrawal to my gtb account using local transfer takes up to 3buiness day But be sure that you money will land soon. Just be calm

Welcome to upwork. You can cash out directly to your local bank account. Go to setting> click get paid> click withdraw to local bank> add your bank swift code( either you go to your bank for this or source for the code online) > add your bank details.
It will show inactive till you get a notification to confirm your details which should be the same as that of up work( its better that way so that your payment won't be delayed).

How do you identify the 3 digit bank code which is required to setup your Local Funds Transfer? I have tried whatever i got online but it says format is wrong.

Hi Timmy,

Could you please let us know the name of the bank so that we can check and assist you further?

Thank you.

The last I can remember is that GTB charged me 0.5% of the amount I withdrew. It was one of the best options available I could use anyway
