No Automatic Payment Made Today Via Upwork

Hi There,

 

  I'm enrolled in Instant Pay to be paid on a weekly basis but did not receive payment today (Wednesday Feb 9th). I checked my account and was owed a balance and when I selected to Instant Pay it offered two options; to be paid via bank account and via credit card. I selected the bank account option but forgot this was not available for Instant Pay so now I have to wait 2-5 days to be paid. 

 

From this I have three questions:

 

1) Why was Instant Pay not initiated if my account balance was over $100 (my minimum threshold)?

 

2) If getting paid via bank account is not allowed for Instant Pay why was the option given to me when I selected to be paid via Instant Pay? 

 

3) How would I cancel the current transaction and opt to be paid via credit card (i.e. Instant Pay)?

 

  As many of you can imagine, dealing with this sort of thing is annoying and it's pushing me further away from UpWork (I really don't know why I use this platfrom, it's extremly inefficient) but if someone could help me I'd really appreciate it.
