I have a question, I guess it's nothing new but here it is: I finished work for a client, the communication between us was good, he paid me but in spite of the fact that I asked him to give me feedback on the project I delivered he didn't say anything.
How can I have feedback from him?
In order to leave feedback, the contract has to be closed. You can ask your client to close the contract if they don't have any more work they want to be done on it and they will be prompted to leave feedback.
To guarantee feedback, make sure the client closes the contract.
Then the client MUST leave star feedback.
If you mean written comment feedback, you can not do anything to force that. But it does not matter to JSS.
If you have star feedback, just leave it alone. Don't try to get clients to write comments.
But it IS possible to click a button that allows clients a one-time opportunity to add or change feedback. Which may be a good idea to do if client left no star feedback.
