On the week starting the 19th of November I worked eight hours for my client. However, Upwork has not sent them an invoice, or at least, none appears under the job section. How come Upwork has not sent this client an invoice? Would be grateful for any advice. Thank you!

Yes, with Upwork's timetracker, with labels etc. There's only one hour I had to enter manually after accidentally charging it to the wrong client. I took screenshots of that, deleted it from the wrong client and added it to the right client who said they were happy for me to do that since work had been done.
But I'm still being sent work from this client and I've started working on it this morning, I'm confused as to why they're not being charged.
I checked your account and confirm that Petra is right. Your funds are under then Pending tab and your client was billed for the time that you have worked. If you have any additional questions let me know, thank you.
