I am experinced in Customer Services by having experiance of 8+ years with multiple organizations.
I have joined UPWORK 30 days before, and applied on many jobs but i never get  any single view on my profile and also no response from any job.

Martina i just change the rate today before that it was not too high..

Better, but might still be too high, so you need to do the research. 

I don't know if people want to hire a customer support executive if all you seem to offer is regular customer support. Executive would imply a supervisory position. 

Your profile isn't a bad start, but you need to refine it a little, make it more client centered.
