No Profile Support

Hello everyone. My profile has been rejected and Upwork keeps referring me to an "email" that they have sent to review the issues and make the necessary corrections. Unfortunately I have not received an email. It has been weeks. I cannot seem to find any support contact info from Upwork either so I am lost at the moment.
