No Rate Recommendation During Profile Creation

I'm new to UpWork and following a guide for setting up my profile that shows in the hourly rate section of the profile a recommended rate provided by UpWork. While creating my profile, I do not see this information. I have filled out all previous sections fully. Is this something that UpWork used to do but no longer does, or is there some other reason why it's not visible for me?
