No Reply After the Video Verification Call

Hi

 

I came back home from my trip yesterday morning and did the video verification call. I remember her name was **Edited for Community Guidelines**.

 

But there is no reply from her yet and I am still seeing "Action Required" message.

Please help me.

I have the same problem.

I did the video verification call 4 days ago but I am still seeing the action required alert and have not received the result messages in my email.

 

Please let me resolve this.
