I'm absolutely appalled by the shoddy service that upwork is providing. I attempted to reset my password and the notification was not set, hence I am now writing this on my brother's account.
I have attempted to reset the password several times but also have attempted to 'Get Support' and 'Talk to a Human' which is not something that seems to work, even being logged into an account.
Please reach out ASAP, I need these accounts filed now.
I expect to be able to sign into a service when I sign up.

Logging into other users’ accounts is a serious violation of Upwork TOS. You can use this form provided in this help article to reset your password or security question.
