No Rising Talent badge yet

I have fulfilled all the requirements for rising talent badge but have not received the badge yet on my profile. Can you please assist?

Hi Usman, 

The Rising Talent status is assigned automatically when a freelancer meets the requirements listed here. This process is working as designed and we can't specify a reason why a freelancer isn't eligible for receiving the Rising Talent badge. Once you qualify, you should receive a notification letting you know.

Thank you for the answer but I have fulfilled all requirments mentioned here . How can I check If something is still missing?
