No Submit Proposal button

Hi. My proposal has been withdraw and wanted to know how to resubmit a proposal. Problem is, the SUbmit Proposal button is not present on the page. It only has this test - Withdrawn: Job application is cancelled by Upwork

Hi Carol,

Your proposals were withdrawn as you didn't complete the verification within 7 days as requested and the team already notified you about it on this support ticket.

To resubmit a proposal that was previously withdrawn, you can go to Find Work > Proposals > Archived, find and open the proposal, click on the 'View job posting' link and after that, you should see a 'Submit Proposal' button on the right side of the page. Please note that if a job post is closed, you can't submit a proposal anymore.
