No badge

Hi guys! I'm working full-time since the beginning of september - have a long-term, full-time client since than and occasionally get smaller projects as well. In total, I have 7 jobs on my profile - 2 open and other 5 closed. I have three 5-star reviews, but still don't have any badge or a JSS.

What am I missing?

Hello Khatia,

To get your JSS you have to complete :

At least 4 different contracts within 24 months.

Finish projects for at least 2 different clients.

Thanks Youssef. I know this information and I have everything that's required: I have 5 closed projects all from different clients and 2 open ones. And it's not even 24 months that I'm on the platform..

It's a little surprising that you don't have a JSS yet. The value of contracts is taken into consideration, so you may just need one more completed contract before it calculates your JSS for you. Some people need 7 or even more
