Solved: No customize URL received on Freelancer Plus!

Hi,

Recently I upgraded my subscription to Freelancer Plus. I was supposed to get my customized URL for my profile but I did not receive it yet. Besides, I received 78 connects when I was supposed to receive 80 connects. Any suggestions?

Hi Md Faridul,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to clarify that you can edit your custom URL by going to Settings > Profile Settings and click on pencil icon. Here is a screenshot for reference. Let us know if you need further assistance.
