And yes, that is normal, even if it wasn't Christmas.

It is Christmas Eve or Christmas, depending on your time zone. And also the weekend.

Tomorrow is Saturday. The next day is Sunday. I would wait for five more days before worrying about Customer Support not getting back to you.
