No fresh connects for current Billing Cycle

Hi, my billing period is from July 26 to Aug 25. But I haven't received my fresh connects, I'm on free membership.. 

was wondering if they don't offer free connects anymore?

Dear Fria, 

Upwork has changed how connects work, meaning that from June onwards the required connects to submit a proposal has been from 1 to 6 and the price per connect is $0.15 meaning you need $0.90 to submit a proposal for a job which requires 6 connects. 

Furthermore, if you want to check your "Connects Membership" you can do so by going to :

"Settings->Memberships & Connects->Membership Connects"

Under the Membership Connects you will see "0 per month" which means you will not receive any connects from now on.
