No hires even after getting jss

I have got my jss and even after applyinf to 70-80 jobs i am not getting hired even a single time. My profile was discovered for 31 times last week but haven't got hired. I am really trying hard to get hired submitting different, relevant amd self written proposals for every job and still no responce. I haven't even being interviewed. Can anyone please help me with this, i really need a support for this.
