No longer receiving emails and mobile app notifications on receiving messages.

I used to receive mobile ap notifications and emails on every new message. But I no longer receive them. It's costing me significant lapses in conversations.

I believe non-notice of messages has been identified elsewhere as a system problem, affecting at least several of us who have reported it in another thread.
