No more real projects on Upwork?

I sent 350 proposal last month and didt land single hire. With same approach and portfolio year ago I easly earned 10k + a month when im actively working.

350 proposal not enough that's insane How much proposal we need to send per month to land a job upwork was great in 2016 When I started but now We all are  just paying it for connects

He's probably being sarcastic. Don't waste any more money on boosting proposals as you're just giving free money to Upwork. Once most people realise this and the AI scamming stops, Upwork will start to sink - just keep your eye out for what will replace it.

350 proposals * 20 connects/proposal * 0.15 dollar/connect = $1050. 

I'm just curious how long you have been doing this?
