No new connects this new month

Hi. I didn't receive my monthly connects.
I have freelancer Basic Plan.

My Current Billing Cycle is Jan 29, 2022 — Feb 28, 2022

I've already went to Settings > Mebership and Connects > Current Plan (View or Edit Mebership Plan).
But I can't choose the free plan, it figures "This is your current plan".

Please I need some guidance because I am not sure if there is an error or I am not doing some essential step.

Hi Gonzalo,

 

I checked and it looks like your billing cycle just updated! You should receive your monthly Connects in the next 24 hours.

I'm currently experiencing the same delimma as regards not getting the monthly connect

Thank you for your message. I checked your account and I see that the new billing cycle starts on the 12th of every on your Upwork account. The monthly Connects will be credited to your account within 24-48 hours after the start of the new billing cycle.

Connects are used to reach out and let clients know you're interested in their project.
