Hi everyone!
I have filed a dispute with the cilent and have received two emails from the Upwork Mediation Specialist. However, I cannot find any open dispute case in the upwork dispute center and I don't know if I should reply the mediator through email. As I would have to respond to the mediator within 2 business days, I wouldn't want to miss the deadline. Thank you.

Thank you for replying, I did not see any dispute ticket under My requests or My Disputes. Is there anything I can do?
