No option to change profile visibility

How can I change my visibility to Önly Upwork Users? I don't have the drop down option available. I don't want my profile to appear in google search results. I want to keep in within Upwork only. Please help.

Hi Florence, 

I checked your account and can see that you are an exclusive member of your agency. This means that your Agency Admin/Owner, and or Business Manager has control over your profile visibility. If you are uncomfortable having your profile set to public, I would recommend that you get in touch with your Agency Owner and discuss this with him/her.
