No proposals back

The second time in 2 days, a job I submitted was closed but the same way, I dont have my 2 connections back.

What is the problem?

Thanks for reaching out to us. If a client doesn’t hire and closes their job post, any Connects used to submit a proposal will be returned to you or if we find a job post has violated our Terms of Service.
