No response from Upwork Team on the Tickets

Hi, Upwork Community

I want get your attention to the below attachment. As you can see how many days are gone and I didn't get any response to my tickets. I'm really worried now. I can't be able to withdraw my earnings and nothing activity is done after so many days on the tickets.

 

Respectfully, I need to ask how many exactly days or months the Upwork Team need to resolve the issue? Any idea?
