No response from help desk in 10 days

Hi, 

I'm new to Upwork and upon working on creating my profile I ran into a problem. I put in a ticket for it almost 10 days ago and the status has reminded the same with no updates. I would like to start working soon so, can anyone tell me how long it usually takes for a ticket to complete.
