re: "My proposals are always to the point and i have completed 8 jobs with 5 stars."
If your proposals point out that you have completed 8 jobs with 5 stars, then no... they are NOT to the point.
Because those things are about YOU.
If you apply to a job that I post, I really don't want you to talk about YOU.
I want you to talk about ME.
Your proposal should be about 3 things:
- MY project
- how you will make MY LIFE better by working on this project
If I want to know how many jobs you have completed and what your star ratings are, all I need to do is click on your name and view your profile page. It's not complicated to do that.
re: "I dont talk about me. I always talk about you."
Then you're on the right track with your proposals.
You may need to just keep at it.
I'm glad you have completed 8 jobs. That's a great start.
But your JSS is a lower number than many clients appreciate.
Take some time to research JSS and what you can do to raise your score and maintain a higher score.
Saleem, in spite of mainly 5 star reviews, you have 67% Job Success and until you can improve that to at least 80%, you will have difficulty getting responses.

re: "I dont know why my JSS is 68% i had only one job with one star and that was then removed by the client."
JSS is affected by more things than just public feedback start ratings.
Private feedback has a big impact, and that is separate from public feedback.
YOU CAN COME BACK and have a high score. Even 100%. But you may need to be patient while you bid on project that are precisely something you are good at doing and that you know you can complete with a high level of client satisfaction.
