No response to my open ticket

4 days passed, I didn't get any response from my agent.

Thank you so much for your reply. What I'm talking about is ticket 32153857. I don't get any updates from my agent  **Edited for Community Guidelines** since having sent the payment from Paypal 5 days before. I'm a little bit anxious because I need to know whether my payment has been successfully received.  Could you tell me what I should do for now?
