Non exclusive agency member rates

I have added a freelancer as non exclusive in my agency, I want to show a different rate than the one that is on his freelancer profile, can I do that? Also, if I set a different rate, the client will be able to see the difference. What is the best advice to set rates for non exclusive agency members ?
