Hi, I am facing this issue from last 2 months. I am not able to online and cannot able to use my connects, even though i clear my cache . Also i tried in different browser too, but the problem is still the same. Can anyone help ne in this. I am really tired of this problem.

Your profile is set to private, that is the reason you can't turn on the badge. It would make no sense to do so, since nobody can see your profile.
