Not Getting Hired a Single Project.

Hello Upwork Community! 

I have been on this platform since October and my journey has been quite good even though there were some issues and difficulties. 

The problem is - I am not getting hired by clients anymore! Forget getting interviewed, the proposals that I send they don't get viewed too. My JSS has improved to 84% from 56% - I should be getting jobs but I don't! 

Is there something that I should do to get hired by clients? Can you please suggest some ideas or tips?

Your display picture should be of yourself. One of the first things a client notices about a freelancer is their display picture.

As Bilal stated, your profile photo should be a close-up picture of your head and shoulders that clearly shows your face. Clients sometimes won't take a freelancer seriously if they see a graphic or avatar for a profile photo.

Also, your profile is set to Private, and clients can't see you when they search. There may be a few missed opportunities there.

Separately from those two issues, a lot of freelancers are finding it difficult to get profile views, proposal views, and responses to their proposals, so it's not just you. The only thing you can do is make sure your profile is informative and well-maintained, and your proposals/cover letters are well-written and targeted.
