It has been long time(4.5.2020) that my client done his payment .i did not get the bonus amount yet .Can you please solve this problem as i need the amount

Bonus payments are a matter between you and a client. You can't ask Upwork to help you receive a bonus payment.

The Client already paid it .but it has been hold on upwork so ling time

No, The client never paid. If the client had paid, it would not say "Pending"
The client clicked on the "Pay Bonus" button, but their payment method declined. The client never actually paid a Cent.
When a client pays, it shows as Pending right away, but when the payment has been successfully processed, there is a date in the left hand column. The fact that it still shows "Pending" in the left hand column proves that the client never paid.

Short answer: The client never paid that.
Longer answer: The client clicked on all the right buttons, but their payment method declined the transaction repeatedly. So the amount sits there in your Reports > Pending tab with "Pending" showing in the left hand column instead of a date.
