Not Getting Touch Notifications

As of the last week or so, I haven’t been getting email notifications for messages or job invites.

I have to check me email, then enter the app for anything to pop up.

Yes, everything’s set up properly in my settings.

Has anyone experienced this? And if so, is there a fix?

Hi Michael, 

I checked your account and can confirm that Upwork emails have been sent to your email address, showing no issues on our end. Could you please check if it's possible that your email may have filtered these messages as spam?

Hi Avery,

I actually said I was getting them via email (that’s how I’m seeing them) but not touch.

So like I’m not getting notified via mobile.

Again, my settings are all set correctly and this is only a recent issue.

I'm sorry for misunderstanding your post, Michael. 

Could you please confirm your phone's OS, and version, as well as your Upwork mobile app's version so that I can look into this?

I’m using iOS 13.2.2 and to my knowledge, the most recent version of the Upwork app.
