I have recently completed the order and I didn't receive any payment and Feedback.

It's an hourly contract. Did you track your hours? Click on the "Time and Earnings" tab of the contract. You did receive feedback. But if nothing is paid, that feedback doesn't show on your profile.

Here is how you get paid for hourly contracts, provided you use Upwork correctly...

Any Earnings visible On your Reports Overview page?
