Not Receiving OTP

Hi,

One of my friends on Upwork as a freelancer is not able to login into his account because, as he is not getting OTP on his registered mobile number, nor able to get OTP via email. He is also not able to contact Upwork because again Upwork asks for a login. On behalf of him, I am contacting here, below is his account details : -

I could not receive OTP( phone) on two step verification while login bill.com and same case with QBO. I have not been able to work on my client for last three days.

Could you please confirm if you're able to log into your Upwork account?

Yes I can log into Upwork account as here two step verification is through google authentication.
