Not Receiving The Security Question Reset Link In My Email

No Matter How Many Times I Submit To Reset The Security Question There Is No MailsReceivedd What So Ever Can Anybody Please Help ??

I have the same problem on my first account. Could not reset the security question. Kept redirecting to the help centre. Security Question reset link never shows. 

 

I have created another account just to try and get the first one fixed. coz I cant "reply" or ask another question here without signing in.
