Not Update Top Rated eligible weeks

Hi

I got Top Rated Badge and 100% JSS already. But Top Rated eligible weeks is not updated for a few weeks. Stopped at 14 weeks. Hoping for your advice.

You likely have 2 non-eligible weeks sandwiched within your eligible weeks. The first of those 2 non-eligible weeks have to fall out of the rolling 16 week window for the number of eligible weeks to increase.

If there are 2 non-eligible weeks in your window, every week an eligible (!) week gets added, another eligible (!) falls out (with it being a rolling window)

It will increase to 15 as soon as the first of the two non-eligible weeks falls out.
