Not able to accept the offer

Dear Upwork, 

As of the last few weeks, I have been having difficulty logging in and errors have now become a common occurrence. As an agency owner, one of my clients has sent me an offer. When I click on the accept button, I receive a 404 error message. The client has confirmed that he has sent the offer. I would appreciate it if you could look into my matter. I would also like to add this is not the first time I am working with this client. It seems that client profile is on hold. @upwork team. Please could you look into this matter
