Not able to access weekly reports?

I review our weekly UpWork freelancer report.  I went there today and I am told that this is now an upgrade item??

I tried following the directions of going to the "Contract Room", however, the filters do not give me anything near the same results as I get in the weekly report.

If you need to further edit your report you can always download it, or your Transaction History, as a CSV. Some reports are only available with a Freelancer Plus membership, to learn more about Freelancer Plus check out this help article.
