Not able to buy Connects

I have been unable to buy connects using my primary billing method. The system keep asking for an altenative method. Please help

Thank you for reaching out to us. You would need to add an alternative payment method to your Paypal wallet to continue using your Paypal account as a billing method on Upwork. If this isn't an option right now, you may use a different billing method while sorting out the issue with your Paypal account. Check out this article to see the other options that you have.
