Not able to change my profile pic to latest profile pic

Hi,
I am not able to change my profile pic to latest profile pic, also not able to change any information on upwork. its showing me message "oops something went wrong".

Mam,

            You should try again after 20 minutes sometimes up work does not work properly and shows some errors but if you refresh after 10 to 20 minutes later it will work Perfectly fine in my case this worked.
