Not able to find my milestone released payment details

My milestone got released by payment is not showing anywhere, neither in pending nor in available. It only shows in my profile. It neither shows me in transaction history or anywhere. Can someone please help?

Did you look on your Reports Overview page?

Has it maybe been auto-withdrawn?

Thanks for reply, Payment was I guess done on this Monday. No, it's not auto withdrawn. I checked for that

What do you mean you "guess?" Has it been released on Monday or not or on another day? What does it say on the contract?

Do you see any money at all on your Reports Overview page?

PS - OBVIOUSLY you are looking under the agency Reports, not your freelancer reports if the job was done through the agency?
