Hi Nikola, Thanks for reaching me. My concern is that i have widhrawn my payment from upwork to direct to my local account and haven't received it yet. I have widhrawn payment multiple time same way as well usually it takes only 1 day but now it has been 1 week and i haven't received it.Thanks

Other than that, I have tried to use Get Suport button as well but no use. And not able to contact customer support

In the unlikely event that the funds have still not arrived after 8 business days (which exclude weekends and holidays), you can contact Support to initiate a trace, but you have to wait out the 8 business days (which exclude weekends and holidays).

Ok Petra. I will wait and will contact back here again incase i still don't recieve the amount
