Identity Verification - We couldn't verify your ID

Dear Upwork Team,


I am not able to install upwork desktop app time tracker to start work for a client. Installation starts but i get an error saying. "This file does not have an app associated with it for perfoming this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Settings page".


Please suggest what's the solution for this problem.

I am not able to complete identity verification process. I've applied 2 difference ID's and Passport but nothing worked for me. Can you please me to complete ID verification?

I checked and it looks like you were able to upload your ID and it is currently under review. We'll have someone from our team will reach out to you via support ticket in order to assist you with downloading the Desktop App.
