Not able to make Freelancer an exclusive member of the agency

Hello,

I want to make an agency member an exclusive member but can't do it because of the error, which as follows:

'This agency freelancer already has one or more open proposals or active contracts outside of this agency, so currently cannot be made exclusive to this agency'

Even I have submitted all the proposal through my Agency profile in past 2 months. It is showing error that I have active proposal or contract on my freelancer profile.

Makes sense, right?
Freelancer can't work exclusively as a part of your agency while they are working on other jobs.

I have not placed proposal from my Freelancer profile and used connect only from Agency profile and in each proposal it is only showing proposal were placed from Agency profile. Even after completing contract funds are also coming on my Agency profile.

For reference see attached screenshot. All the proposals are placed like this.

You must tell your freelancer to close all contracts and proposals.

Proposal are placed with Agency connect from the freelancer account. For reference you can check screenshot.
