Not able to receive verification email

Hi!

 

I'm not able to receive the verification email.  I've tried resending it many times, but it just doesn't come through.  This is for a custom domain with Gsuite (Gmail).  I've contacted Google for support, and they say it's not being sent on Upwork's end.  I do get every other email though.

 

Can anyone help?

I'm sorry about the trouble. Could you please retry sending the verification email and see if you are now able to receive it to you email? If you still did not receive it, please let us know. Thank you.

Hi Dean,

 

I checked this for you and it looks like you were able to successfully verify your email address. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue?
