Not able to submit proposal to new jobs

I am not able to submit proposal to new jobs, any soultion. I have around 90 connects but still no success.

Thank you for your message. I checked and I am unable to replicate any issue with submitting proposals. Could you please share the screenshot of the error message that you get while submitting proposals?
