Not able to submit proposals

I have issue in submiting proposals. Error was like "Your account has been limited. Please contact customer support."

Hi Prakash, There must be reason why you seeing this. Check the email associated with your upwork account, usually upwork send email notification with instructions to solve the issue. If you unable to find notification, visit https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/requests

I checked your account and can see the team has replied to your email last March. You should still be able to access it via your email or under My Requests on this page to resolve your issue.
