I am not able to verify my profile because after clicking the "Verify my profile" there is no landing page or video chat getting loaded. Requesting help
Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies, and making sure that you are not using your mobile phone, or an iPad when trying to access the link.
When you click on the "Verify Your Profile" button, a chat window should open on the lower right hand side corner of the screen. This should initiate the verification process. Please let us know if there are still issues after you try the solution above.
