Not able to verify the payment method for US bank account

I am not able to verify the payment method for the US bank account.
No combination of 2 small amounts is being accepted by the website.
I am always getting an error and the website asking me to contact support.
I contacted support and per their instructions, I removed and re-added the payment method.
But it is still the same issue.

You need to enter the two amounts you actually received in your US bank account from Upwork, not some random amounts...
