Not able to withdraw money from Upwork

I want to withdraw money from Upwork but Upwork is not letting me do so. The problem is that my name on Upwork is "Rahul Bangar" but my name on my bank account is "Rahul".

My name on all legal documents is Rahul but Upwork need Last name.

How can I resolve this issue?
